  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Domestic Shipments: All domestic orders are shipped within 4 business days of verified payment unless otherwise specified. We use UPS, Fed-Ex, and USPS as our shipping carriers. We reserve the right to change shipping methods at any time with no extra cost to the customer on ground orders. Insurance is included on all UPS and Fed-Ex orders with no extra cost. At this time our shipping calculator does not support Fed-Ex shipping rates, so UPS and Fex-Ex rates will be considered the same. International Shipments: All international shipments will ship within 5 business days of verified payment. Our international carriers are UPS (Canada only) and USPS. All international orders are subject to additional brokerage, taxes, and duty fees depending on the desitnation Country. These fees are seperate from shipping and are billed through the shipping company or customs department, these fees are NOT something that we charge, we can not tell you if there will be nor how much the fees will be if they apply. At this time our shipping calculator does not support our interational rates, so please contact us at twisteds@live.com to receive international rates. We will return your e-mail within 24 hours.   • Sales Tax

  • Warranties
  • All merchandise sold on www.twistedsisterselectronics.com is brand new from factory and includes the original manufacture warranty. We have a 30 day warranty on all items unless otherwise stated.   • Return Policy
  • Returns: We will accept all returns within 30 days of purchase date providing you still have the original packaging. You may either return for a full refund or for an exchange. Please contact us immediately if there are any issues with your order at twisteds@live.com. We will then issue you a return authorization number or RA number. Most correspondence has an immediate turn around, nothing over 24 hours.

  • Business hours are from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Central time, Monday through Friday. All orders placed outside of these times will be processed during the next business day.
